Privacy policy
Effective from October 2026
Who I am
My name is Igor Kurzin. I am a real estate broker in the UAE (RERA BRN 75794) working through Oasis Capital Real Estate L.L.C (ORN 32356). I run this site. Below is how I handle your data.
What data I receive
The site does not store your data on a server. Your name, preferred contact time and request details from the builder stay in your browser and are only sent when you send me the message on WhatsApp yourself. If you write to me on WhatsApp directly, I receive your phone number and the text of your message.
How I use it
I use your message only to answer your question and, if you wish, to find property in the UAE for you. I do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising. If a deal requires sharing data with a developer, a bank or a registration authority, I will do so only with your consent and only to the extent the deal requires.
WhatsApp and YouTube
Conversations on WhatsApp are governed by WhatsApp's rules. The video on this site loads from YouTube only after you click it, and its preview image is loaded from YouTube's servers. After you click, YouTube may receive your IP address and set its own cookies — see YouTube's policy for details.
Cookies
The site itself does not use advertising or tracking cookies and does not run analytics. If this changes, I will update this page.
Your rights
You can ask me at any time to show, correct or delete your messages and data. Just write to me on WhatsApp.
